Don't bother trying other pegs, HEGS are the best by megs, i.e megamiles.
They have the grip in strong winds and lasting durability in the sun, the others just don't come close in either category!
I stumbled across them in a shop a few years ago, tried them, now they are all I buy. This tip will save you time and money - time you have wasted using other useless pegs, and money with the time HEGS pegs last.

If you want pegs that are suitable to hang up thick socks, jeans, etc then these are the ones for the job. They have a customer for life with me, I bought my first Hegs Pegs about 5 years ago and they are as good as the day I bought them, excellent pegs, thoroughly recommended them.

I have small hands and I can manage 4 pegs easily in each hand, which makes clothes pegging very efficient.
They don't hurt my fingers, and they're easy to see if I drop them on the lawn! No more running over them with the lawnmower. 😅
